A Belle Fourche, SD, garbage truck rolled 400 feet backward after its emergency brakes failed, damaging two parked cars and knocking a mobile home off its foundation.

According to the Black Hills Pioneer, city workers were collecting garbage in a mobile home park. They stopped the truck on a hill, put on the emergency brake and got out to collect the trash.

Although the occupied home was totally destroyed, the resident inside was uninjured.
