The driver of a 1998 Jeep Cherokee smashed into the back of a school bus at a railroad crossing after suffering from brake failure. According to police, the driver’s claim of faulty brakes was accurate, but the driver ended up still getting taken into custody after police found she had outstanding warrants.

Fortunately, the bus driver was unharmed and there were no children in the bus at the time of the crash. The driver was not injured either, she just claimed to be a little ‘shaken up’.
