Famous Nollywood actor Jide Kosoko is thanking his lucky stars after he nearly escaped a gruesome death last night.

According to the extremely vague report by The Nigerian Daily Times, the actor was driving his car around the Ikeja Shopping Mall in Lagos state when his brakes went out and he lost control, leading him to get into an “accident”. The report does not state what or whom he crashed into or the extent of the damages, but it does say he was treated by SEVEN different EMS first-responders before he was taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.  

Nigerian media sources say Kosoko is currently in stable condition and will make a full recovery.

Kosoko is known in Nigeria for his role in Last Flight To Abuja and is happily married to his two wives Karimat and Henrietta.
