Two teenagers were transported to a local hospital last Friday night after their jeep crashed into a tree and burst into flames in a small town in Massachusetts.
According to reports, police believe the cause of the horrendous crash was due completely to brake malfunction.
Luckily, when police arrived at the scene both teenagers had escaped from the grasps of the molten metal frame. Firefighters arrived at the scene moments later to extinguish any remaining flames.
Because both the inhabitants of the vehicle were under the age of 17, their identities were kept anonymous. The reporting officer stated that both the passenger and the driver were in stable condition and are expected to make a full recovery.
