As you probably already know, Mercedes, like every other car maker, tests out their vehicles on test tracks before they are cleared to be shipped all across the world.

One of the tests they preform is an emergency stop test to demonstrate the brakes capability to go from moving at a high velocity to coming to a complete and full stop in just a matter of seconds.
