News out of Stratford, Connecticut last night depicting the story of one unfortunate motorist that experienced detrimental brake failure on Knowlton Street near the center of the city. The driver, Aboul Yassin, was quoted stating once his brakes failed he was forced to dodge oncoming traffic and tried to crash into a utility pole in order to come to a full stop. Instead, Yassin crashed into the side of a nearby house, which caused a gas pipe on that resident’s property to rupture.

Currently, Yassin is recovering from the injuries caused by the accident and still claims to be a regularly safe driver. Luckily, nobody else was injured.
